Need extra space for one of your servers? Then with iSCSI you can allocate hard disk space, on your Igaware box, to that server. This saves having to buy and install a physical disk for your server. No cost, no downtime. This feature is often used by end users who are using the Igaware as a UTM, leaving significant disk space to be allocated to one of their windows servers.
It’s easy to enable on the Igaware Server. Log into the admin interface and go to Servers => iSCSI. Here you can enable iSCSI, set authentication, and create LUNs as necessary.
